Ioana Aboumitri is a mother of three; published wellness author (The Bliss Buzz and Spread Alofa); registered holistic nutritionist; Pilates instructor; public speaker; performer; owner of Kelani International Inc. and creator of the Kelani mindful movement program, with classes which include:
- Kelani Dance: “The blissful, healing, barefoot, Polynesian inspired, hip shaking, chakra rocking, classes for every-BODY with a story telling island twist.”
- Kelani Spirit: “The Polynesian Inspired healing journey”.
- Kelani Jungle Kids: “The dynamic, Polynesian inspired adventure and the cheapest vacation you’ll ever take your kids on, with a ‘zen’ twist”.
In 2010 Ioana released her Kelani Dance DVD ‘Minoi’, and in 2013 out of growing demand, she launched her Kelani Instructor Certification Program accredited by canfitpro (Canadian Fitness Professionals). She has since licensed countless instructors across Canada.

As a passionate proponent of mental health awareness, and with Kelani as her vessel, it is Ioana’s mission to spread alofa (love) and healing around the world as she believes that most people– to a certain degree – are suffering, many in silence.
